Sub-processors

These are the third parties tethr uses to host, store, secure and operate the service, and which may therefore process personal data contained in Customer Data. This is the same list as Annex 3 of the Data Processing Agreement, published here so it can be reviewed without signing anything. Per DPA §6, customers are notified at least 30 days before a new sub-processor is engaged.

Optional integrations a customer connects itself (for example an e-signature provider for offer letters) process data at the customer’s direction and are not tethr sub-processors.
